...totally ripping off the scarecrow (by the pillows) music video.
sorry about the title, btw.
hopefully this picture won't be instantly understandable, but will require at least a second to see what's here...
the moon came out looking weird, but whatever...i'm more concerned about how weird the blue came out. kinda...spilled the cup of water while i was doing it....yeah...
about the new pillows single...
1. SCARECROW-people say it's like one life, but i think it's really more like the slower penalty life (everybody hates this album for some reason) songs, The sun that will not rise, and kizuato no sasayaki daremo inai PARADAISU. it's not as catchy as most of their songs, definitely not like the singles for MY FOOT were.
2. BOYS BE LOCKSMITH.-it's more like their older songs, a pulsing kind of beat and some weird harmonics in some parts. it's actually somewhat more catchy than scarecrow. WTF?
3. tsuyogari-definitely a beatles sound, especially the intro and chorus. the latter works that were more depressing. also, really feels like a b-version of scarecrow. is the correct translation "appearing strong/coming to appear strong"? my japanese continues to rot away...
oh...i found out it means "bluff", well that's pretty much the same thing...
also, it's a cover of a song by mr. children

To be honest I've never heard of The Pillows, but this picture is amazing, especiallly the moon. It is very captivating, it draws you in. Then the way the paint streaks kind of all goes toward the center is really neat. It makes sure to guide the eye to the silhoutte of the place in the middle. All around a awsome picture.
